The feedback we give our students will allow them to recognize The value of connectivity in their development and motivate them to take responsibility when choosing the profession they want to pursue by pointing out their strengths and weaknesses. They need to understand the importance of The willingness to take risks if they want to embrace autonomy and their individual progress.
Stimulating students to take challenges and asking the right questions will show teachers how well they understand a certain topic. By allowing students to interpret this topic as they have experienced it, we give them the opportunity to move away from their previous knowledge in order to lead them to a better understanding of their tendencies and the colorful range of emotions that defines their character. Acknowledging their strengths and social skills will boost their creativity and help them see the strengths in others.
The quote I want to share this week is by German theoretical physicist, Albert Einstein: ''Everybody is a genius. But if you judge a fish by it's ability to climb a tree, it will live his whole life believing it is stupid.''
Have you embraced a professional autonomy?
I encourage you to share your thoughts in the comments below.
